Full papers must be submitted electronically by September 3, 2018. The submission of full papers will be enabled on July 21, 2018. The Abstract, Title, Authors details and Selected Topics can be updated, if needed. In order to submit your full paper, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: The Submitting Authors of accepted abstracts can access the paper submission feature by logging in using their Username and Password through the following link https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/CONCERN2018
Step 2: Edit Submission
Click on the button “Edit Submission” in Actions column. You will then be asked for the paper title and abstract. You can edit the title and abstract at any time up to the submission deadline.
Step 3: Add your co-authors
If your submission has co-authors, you will need to associate them with your submission.
Step 4: Select subject areas for your paper
Step 5: Upload your paper’s PDF/DOC/DOCX (10MB limit)
Step 6: Submit
The 2nd ConCERN Scientific Committee will review all papers for clarity, technical merit, and relevance to the conference topics. Our goal is to inform corresponding authors on their paper’s acceptance decision by October 1, 2018, and possibly before. In cases where the reviewing team feels revisions are necessary, comments will be provided with revised papers.
To ensure that a paper meets the conference’s presentation requirements, an MS Word Paper Template & Guidelines file has been prepared and is available here (CONCERN2018 Paper Format). All authors must follow these guidelines to help ensure presentation uniformity in conference proceedings; submissions that do not follow the prescribed formatting guidelines will be returned. Final decisions regarding the acceptance of the paper and the assigned session for submitted papers will rest with the Technical Committee.
